Refund and Returns Policy
Ghazniwal Group Ltd is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene for our products.
Due to the nature of our business as a wholesaler of food and beverage products, including Afghani energy drinks, soft drinks, rice, and dry fruits, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under specific conditions. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perishable goods such as food items, drinks, or any products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or other evidence to assess the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method within a reasonable number of working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
