Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. We do our best to ensure all product images accurately represent the items we supply. Since many of our products are natural Afghan goods, slight differences in color, size, or packaging may occasionally occur.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is completed, your invoice or sales receipt will be sent to your email address. If you need another copy, please contact our support team.

How can I return an item?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within a few days of delivery. We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or return process when applicable.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes. Many of our products are regularly restocked based on seasonal availability and imports. You can contact us directly for estimated restock dates.
